Let me introduce myself, my name is Heather Rodriguez. I have 10+ years in the childcare industry not to mention we have 6 kids and many grandkids of our own. We relocated from PA several years ago where I ran my own Nanny service before. Moving here I chose to venture into the daycare industry where I was able to secure my TX credentials (CDA, CPR and First Aid) and additional training. After several years there I felt it was time to get back into the child care service for myself where I feel I excel in giving a more personal attention.

       I truly believe that kids benefit greatly from a more personal environment and interactions. I also believe in not only being an educator but helping children learn and grow not just being a glorified babysitter. Heathers Minions is fully insured as well as a Listed Family home with the Child Care Regulation (CCR) department of Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
